Unity Fair

Today, at the Unity Fair that took place during all lunch periods, I realized how much I love my school. I almost cried watching my best friend own her traditional Indian dance because I realized how lucky I am to be surrounded by so much rich culture! It's so fun to know people from all different backgrounds and learn about how different life is for them. It feels awesome to know that I go to a school with such a strong sense of community and love, which could be seen by all the different groups that were represented at today's unity fair and all the different people participating. I am so thankful to have spent four years of my life at Vernon Hills High School.
